This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guernsey, and each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey.

Studio Homemaker is the trading name of Pace Ltd an independently run company that has no financial ties, business association, associated liabilities or connection with the Channel Islands Co Operative society. All matters relating to pace Ltd should be directed to their offices at lowlands trading estate Guernsey C.I.
